Apprentice of the Year Award
Congratulations to 18 year old Joe Gertry, an
apprentice machinist from Northwich who has been given a Special
Award for Outstanding Achievement from Mid-Cheshire College where
he attends a day release course for Foundation Apprentices.
Joe was presented with the award at the colleges recent
Awards night for "outstanding quality in his work and assignments
from the outset of the course” Mr. John Taylor, Training Manager,
said that Joe was selected against very stiff opposition. A lot of
major companies have students at Mid-Cheshire College
