BV22000 Hyperseal Valve

Weir entry Double Offset High Performance Valve, available Class 150- 900. Valve is available with Varidiff Trim, if cavitation is a problem. Valve is available for Cryogenic applications ( see BV36000 ). The seal design and valve geometry combine to ensure a uniform 360° seal contact in the closed position and the double eccentric action moves the disc into and out of the seat with the minimum of wear and seating torque. The 90° on/off action allows for fast operation when necessary and the low torque characteristics are an economical advantage in power operation. When fitted with a suitable positioning actuator, the valve can perform a dual purpose. The design of the Hyperseal makes it ideally suitable for use on cryogenic service down to -1960C, and it can be supplied with cold bonnets to suit the customers requirements.
