BV34000 Vulcanised Rubber Lined Valve

Valve was developed as a high quality rubber lined valve for use on seawater/brine applications,Body made in DI or CS. Valve is NOT available below 100mm size. The Vulcanised Rubber Lined Butterfly Valve incorporates a liner that is chemically bonded to the valve body, thus giving the valve a higher shut off pressure of up to 20 bar g and a potential for higher velocities of up to 8 meters per second (dependent on valve size). The vulcanised/moulded liners can be supplied in a range of materials, the most common being Neoprene, EPDM and Nitrile (Buna N). These cover a range of temperatures from -30 to +140 deg C.
